以核桃、毛果楊、文冠果與樟子松等經濟與生态樹種為研究對象,開展林木防病促生微生物資源的收集、林木有益微生物協助寄主抗病、耐逆與其促生作用的機制研究、林木共生微生物組的組裝機制研究以及防病微生物制劑的開發與應用研究。已在PNAS、SCIENCE CHINA Life Sciences、Frontiers in Microbiology與Environmental Microbiology等國際學術期刊上共發表研究論文15篇(包括第一或通訊作者論文10篇),引用總次數近710次
