研究領域:

利用群體遺傳學材料,通過現代分子生物學技術手段,綜合解析作物代謝組的遺傳變異與生化基礎。東北特色漿果生理生化及逆境生物學應用基礎研究。

承擔的主要課題:

1)國家自然科學基金青年基金項目:番茄株高調控基因DW2的克隆及功能研究(31801019),2019.01-2021.12,主持。

2)生鮮農産品風味品質變化與調控機制,科技部國家重點研發計劃(2016YFD0400101),2016.7-2020.12,經費480萬元,子課題負責人,課題骨幹。

3)柑桔種質資源精準鑒定評價與種質創新(主題專項:柑桔品種創新與安全生産),重慶市民生重點項目,經費30萬元,主持,已結題。
