主要從事環境微生物學與微生物組學、合成微生物組學、寒區農林廢棄物資源化利用、農林綠色低碳技術等方面的教學和科研工作,研究興趣包括:寒區特色微生物資源挖掘與作用機理、木質纖維素微生物降解與轉化、稭稈與畜禽糞便資源化(堆肥技術、厭氧沼氣技術、沼渣高值化技術)、微生物肥料與生物有機肥、黑土保護與質量提升、農林基可降解材料等。
