專業特長:

植物分子遺傳,植物功能基因組學,植物次生代謝調控,合成生物學。


研究經驗和研究領域:

實驗室以植物次生細胞壁主要成分木質素(lignin)為主要研究對象,利用拟南芥等模式植物進行機制研究,探索木質素合成調控對于植物發育和植物對環境适應性的影響。同時,我們将這些基礎研究的成果,快速轉化到實際應用中,通過調控木質素合成,實現農作物和林木品質的提升。主要應用方向為:(1)油料作物:主要是适宜東北地區極端嚴寒氣候的輪作油料作物菥蓂(又名“油錢草”Pennycress);(2)高品質飼草:主要是紫花苜蓿(Alfalfa);(3)木本植物:包括楊樹、紅松、木本油料植物等。
