研究方向
開發新的多維度的單細胞高通量測序方法;探索哺乳動物母源-合子轉變過程中表觀動态變化規律、母源物質降解模式、合子基因激活機制等;拓展poly(A)尾巴的調控功能以及在mRNA基因治療及mRNA疫苗中的應用。
